Provide specific category for your GMB
| Business name should be the same as domain name (for instance its different from domain name, then the preferred Business name should be well indexed) |
| It can be keyword based or have City/State (but sometimes it takes time to be approved) |

| There are times that we need to change the address if not accepted upon verification process |

| Call or Text forwarding must be available in case needed for the process. So access to your call account is required. |

| It should contain all important informations such as business name, phone number, address, business hours, description, services etc. |
| Provide a footer wherein the contact details are visible |
| Website access (to edit) – a must have for the verification purposes |
| Website must not contain 24 hours or 24/7 and directions/maps |
| Must be professional and informative regarding the business |
| Corporate domain email and its access (ex: [email protected]) – upon request |
| Avoid editing the website once the verification process started |
| Should be specific (day and time) |
| 24 hours is not possible |
Provide business description with keywords
| We cannot assist if the above-mentioned standards are not met. |
| We do not offer instant verification. The GMB process takes time, depending on Google’s algorithm and updates. It could take 7-14 days or longer, up to months. |
| IMPORTANT: Finalize the details first before we begin with the verification process. The details provided must not have been used in any previous unsuccessful GMB verifications or from Suspended GMB before. |
There is a 10 day warranty period after the live link is provided.
| Avoid providing reviews, questions, photos, etc. at least 14 days once the GMB goes live (Failure to comply will lead to the warranty being voided) |
| Changing the important details such as business name, business address, business phone number, and website will lead to suspension of the Business Profile. |
